This is a rare industrial opportunity in the heart of Jupiter. 101 Fern Street offers approximately 3,950 square feet of light industrial space ideally located near major roadways and commercial corridors. The property has served as a tile and marble fabrication business since 1978, reflecting decades of established use and functionality. The building features ample parking, a fenced outdoor work or storage area, suitable for a variety of trades, fabrication, or warehouse uses. The property is currently occupied, with the business winding down operations, making this an excellent opportunity for either an owner-user or investor seeking a well-positioned industrial asset in Jupiter's limited-inventory market.

If you're looking for an exploration adventure in Jupiter, check out the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. The Lighthouse was designed by Civil War hero General George Meade and is operated by the Coast Guard since 1860. Tours of this 105-foot-tall landmark unfold every half hour. There is a small museum that tells about efforts to restore the lighthouse to the way it looked from 1860 to 1918.
Jupiter is 12 miles north of Palm Beach Shores via I-95 and Rte. 706. Jupiter is one of the few little towns in the region not fronted by an island. Beaches here are part of the mainland, and Route A1A runs for almost 4 miles along the beachfront dunes and beautiful estates.
To mark the reef lying off the Jupiter Inlet, Congress in 1853 appropriated $35,000 to construct a lighthouse. At the top of the Jupiter Lighthouse, you can see the Loxahatchee River.
